Temporary fix Windows: Start -> Control Panel -> Network and Internet [View network status and tasks] -> Change adapter settings, right click on a connection -> Properties -> Internet protocol version 4 -> Properties
Enter preferred:8.8.4.4 --- alternative:8.8.8.8 Mac: System Prefrences -> Network -> Advanced (close to bottom right of the window) -> DNS
